The Italian Rose

An outstanding Malfy Gin Cocktail, inspired by two incredible ladies in the Drinkstagram Community. It combines Malfy Gin Con Limone with a touch of fresh lemon, hibiscus rose syrup with Henry of Pelhams Cuvee Catherine Rose.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Malfy Gin con Limone
  • 3/4 oz Hibiscus Rose Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 4 oz Henry of Pelham's Cuvee Catherine Rose

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine Gin, Syrup and Lemon with ice. Shake and strain into flute glass. 

  2. Top with Cuvee Rose Sparkling Wine. Garnish with edible flower or strawberry, or lemon twist
