The BIG but small Apple

Offering up a LOW-ish martini made with Sweet Potato Shochu, Cocchi Americano, Fino Sherry, Calvados and a dash of Smoked Apple Bitters!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Sweet Potato Shochu
  • 3/4 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1/2 oz Calvados
  • 1/4 oz Fino Sherry
  • 2 dashes Nickel 9's Smoked Apple Bitters

Instructions

  1. Grab a Mixing glass, add all your ingredients, fill the glass 3/4 of ice and give this a good stir (at least 30 seconds)

  2. Strain into your favourite coupe and garnish with lemon twist.
