Tequila Shrimp Cocktail

Serving you a Savoury Pineapple and Tequila Cocktail infused with Shrimp Tails!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tequila Blanco El Tequileno used here
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 1/2 oz Shrimp Stock *

Instructions

  1. Add all your ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice.

  2. Shake well and strain into your favourite coupe.
