Simple Peach Syrup

An easy, simple recipe that incorporates peaches, that you can throw into pretty much everything!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Peaches Quartered and centre removed
  • 3/4 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients (make sure that the water reaches boiling point) until well pureed

  2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and let this cool to room temperature before refrigerating
