Pink Gin and Chamomile Cocktail

An easy Grapefruit, Gin and Chamomile infused cocktail you'll love to make all summer long!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Whitley Neill Pink Gin
  • 0.5 oz Honey Chamomile Syrup *See above for details
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1.5 oz Pink Grapefruit Soda Fever-Tree used here.

Instructions

  1. Fill your balloon glass with ice and dehydrated grapefruit.

  2. In a shaker, add all your ingredients except soda and a handful of ice. Give this a quick shake.

  3. Strain over fresh ice and top with sparkling Pink Grapefruit
