Peachy Beer

When peaches, beer and bourbon come magically together

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • 2 oz Peach Puree
  • 1/2 oz Thai Pepper Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Beer of Choice Wit or Saison recommended

Instructions

  1. Place the bourbon puree, and syrup into a pilsner glass and give that a stir until combined
  2. Fill the glass with ice and top with beer
