Orange Vanilla Gin Creamsicle

We're shaking up the classic Ramos with Gin, Orange and Vanilla!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Steinhart Dry Gin A proper London Dry Gin
  • 3/4 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1/3 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz Soda

Instructions

  1. Fill your collins glass with ice.

  2. Add all ingredients into your shaker (except Soda) without ice. Give this a vigorous shake.

  3. Add ice to your shaker and give this another vigorous shake.

  4. Strain into Collins Glass. Let that settle for approximately 1 minute.

  5. Top with Soda.
