The classic Negroni cocktails gets a facelift with Mezcal.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Los Siete Misterios Mezcal
  • 1.25 oz Cocchi Rosa
  • 3/4 oz Antica Formula Vermouth
  • 1 Orange Twist

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, fill with ice and add the Mezcal, Cocchi Rosa and Antica Formula Vermouth.

  2. Give this a good stir (for at least 30 seconds)

  3. Strain over 1 large ice cube and garnish with orange twist.
