Riff on the Bee's Knees shaken with fresh Watermelon and Sheringham Gin!

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 0.5 cup Fresh Watermelon Cubed
- 1 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 2 dashes Lavender Bitters
Instructions

In a shaker, fill with Watermelon and muddle to a pulp.

Add the rest of the ingredients with ice and shake vigorously.

Double Strain into coupe.
