Lime Gelato Float

A refreshing and citrusy take on a beer float

Ingredients

  • 8 leaves Mint destemmed
  • 1/3 oz St Germain Liqueur
  • 3 oz Wit (Wheat) beer
  • 2 scoops Lime Gelato

Instructions

  1. Gently press the mint in your hands to extract flavour and place in the bottom of the glass

  2. Place scoops of lime inside glass

  3. Pour St Germaine and beer over top
