Irish Coffee and Cherry Manhattan

A sophisticated manhattan inspired by the flavours of an Irish Coffee, paired with Cherries!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey Tullamore Dew used here
  • 1/3 oz Barista Coffee Liqueur
  • 2/3 oz Cherry Heering
  • 2 dashes Orange Liqueur
  • 3 Cherries pits removed
  • 1 Orange Peel

Instructions

  1. Muddle Cherries in a mixing jar and add the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Fill the mixing jar with ice and give this a stir for at least 30 seconds until well chilled

  3. Double Strain into your favourite coupe glass and garnish with Orange Peel
