Fizzy Plum
Riff of a Ramos Gin Fizz – Made with Collective Art’s Plum Blackthorn Gin, Egg Whites, Rose Water and a homemade Plum Cordial!

Servings 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Collective Arts Plum Gin
- 1 oz Plum Cordial *
- 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg White
- 2 drops Rose Water
- 1 oz Club Soda
Instructions

Add all your ingredients to an empty shaker (except soda).

Give this a vigorous dry shake (without ice).

Add Ice and shake once more, until almost too cold to hold.

Strain over fresh ice into Collins Glass. Slowly pour in soda.

Garnish with Mint
