Cold London Fog

A refreshing, chilled version of a boozy London Fog

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Orange, Cinnamon and Clove infused Dry Vermouth
  • 1/3 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Earl-grey infused Simple Syrup
  • 1/3 oz Cream 35%
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake

  2. Strain over ice in a rocks glass
