See how I shake up the classic Clover Club Martini in this delicious Gin Raspberry Sour made with Collective Arts

Ingredients

  • 5 Raspberries
  • 1.25 oz Collective Arts Artisanal Gin
  • 0.75 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Rich Simple Syrup 2:1 ratio
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add all the ingredients and give this a vigorous DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake once more until cold to the touch.
  3. Strain into coupe glass.
