Bright and Sherry

A lower-in-alcohol cocktail that's made with an Amontillado Sherry, Prosyro Elderflower Syrup with a ton of Mint and Crushed Ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
  • 0.75 oz Prosyro Elderflower Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 3 Sprigs of Mint one for Garnish
  • 1 Edible Flower for Garnish

Instructions

  1. In a Pilsner or Tiki Glass, add in about 10 leaves of mint leaves (slapped to release oils, no need for muddle).
  2. Add in the rest of your ingredients and fill your glass with ¾ of crushed ice. Stir until combined.
  3. Top with more crushed ice and top with mint and Edible Flower.
