A Bright Gin and Herbaceous cocktail mixed with Sheringham Seaside Gin, Sherry, Mint and Honey over some Crushed ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • 1 oz Dry Sherry
  • 0.75 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
  • 10 Mint Leaves + 2 Sprigs for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Gently Slap Mint and place into a Hurricane or Pilsner Glass.

  2. Add in your Gin, Sherry and Syrup, fill 3/4 of the glass with Crushed Ice and stir.

  3. Once combined, top with more crushed ice and garnish with remaining 2 sprigs of Mint.
