I wanted to create a recipe that would get my ladies fired up and excited for summer, and what better way than mixing things up with a bottle of rose. This is extremely easy to execute, you just need to plan a day ahead, and I promise you, you won’t regret it.
The day prior, just make sure you pour rose in your ice cube trays and that you have simple syrup set and ready in the fridge.
I would adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the Rose. I tend to never pick up very sweet roses at the LCBO Liquor Store, hence why this recipe calls for as much Simple Syrup as it does. So be mindful of this. Add less sugar to start, because you can always adjust the sweetness after. You also don’t have to add vodka do this recipe, but then again, life is short.

Recipe Notes
I do recommend that with this recipe, you do it in small batches at a time, otherwise the drink starts to separate and it looks no bueno.
A bottle of Rose will typically freeze in 2 standardized kitchen freezer ice tray, so don't be shy to doubling up this recipe! And make sure to give yourself at least 8 hours to let the wine freeze. It won't be completely solid, but that is alright, we are blending it after all
