I’m shining the spotlight on The Finer Things Club and all its fun members with a cocktail I think the gang would sip during this fine hour.
As Andy likes to put it, The Finer Things Club is one of the most exclusive clubs in The Office. Members include Pam, Oscar and Toby, and it’s a safe space for them to discuss books, art and culture, all in the lovely lunch room. As we know, nothing ever goes according to plan, as their fine hour is constantly interrupted, but I’m sure they wouldn’t mind if they had this cocktail to sip!
I decided to whip up a “lower” ABV Martini, since they are sipping this at noon and I would assume that with their ‘stature’, they wouldn’t want to be a drunken mess after 1 sip. So the flavours in this martini are delicate, vermouth forward with a drop of Olive Brine and Honey syrup. I blended up some of my favourite spirits for this cocktail. Check it out below!
