For International Rum Day, I wanted to create a variety of swizzles to choose from. With this creation here, I’ve combined some of the best, using Saint Lucia’s Chairman’s Reserve Rum, with Los Siete Misterios Mezcal with a dash of pineapple, lime and of course angostura bitters and mint! Curious how it’s made? Head down below for details!
