Shaken Pisco Sour
The Classic Pisco Sour is shaken here and simple to make at home!
– Difficulty: Intermediate
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
In a shaker, add all your ingredients except bitters and give this a Dry Shake (without ice). Shake Vigorously.
Add ice to your shaker and shake once more.
Strain over coupe and add dashes of bitters on top.
Blended Pisco Sour
We're bringing out the Blender for this traditional Peruvian Pisco Sour.
– Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 1 handful of Ice
- 1 Egg White
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
Add all your ingredients into the blender without bitters.
Blend and strain into your glass.
Dress with Angostura Bitters on top.
