Shrubs are just as simple as infusions. As long as you place everything in a sealed, sterile container away from light and heat, you are good to go! This shrub goes well with pretty much anything! Try it on it’s own or it can act as a dressing, or topped up with soda. The possibilities are virtually limitless.
Pineapple Shrub Infusion
Servings 300 mL

Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapples cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup Sage
- 1½ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Place into all ingredients into mason jar and seal
Let this sit for 1 week in a dark, cool environment
Strain the pineapple and sage and keep refrigerated for 2 weeks
