Ingredients
- 2 oz Teeling Irish Whiskey
- 1/3 oz Drambuie
- 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
- 3 dashes Coffee Cacao Bitters Apothecary Bitters used here
Instructions
Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir well.
Strain over 1 large ice cube

Wondering about a garnish? I actually liked how clean it was, but Orange peel would do wonders as well, or maybe a little smoked rosemary.
This could also be easily a cocktail served up. In that case, I would stir a little while longer (approximately 35 seconds) and strain into your favourite coupe.
