You may have already stumbled upon a couple of my recipes with beer, but this is one of my FAVOURITE concoctions I’ve made so far! The best part is that it’s so simple! It would literally be a CRIME not to share this with my people.
Ok I’ll stop being dramatic and get to the point. I was challenged to make a cocktail with some of the BEST lime gelato I have ever had (at the one and only Cheese Boutique in Toronto). I’m sure I have mentioned Cheese Boutique in some of my other recipes, but if you still haven’t heard of it or gone, PLEASE do yourself a favour and drop by. I’m not going to lie, two trips were made since the tub didn’t last long enough to experiment a cocktail, but when I finally buckled down, magic happened. With the concept of a beer float, and a few simple ingredients in the kitchen, it was one of the easiest snacks I have ever made. This is a great way to start the party, or have it in the end as a refreshing dessert. It’s complete bliss in a cup.
