Kale Infused Tequila

The title says it all. We have a Kale Stem infused Tequila which comes in handy for this “healthy”-ish vibe of January. This can be used in a number of unique ways, such as the cocktail featured by Aaron Hatchell called the Hatchell & Kale, or even with a simple soda! See the recipe below for details.


Kale infused Tequila

For a vibrant infusion, don't look any further than with this delicious Kale Stem infused Tequila inspired by none other than aaron_hatchell!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kale Stems
  • 1/2 cup Tromba Blanco Tequila
  • 1/2 cup Tromba Reposado Tequila
  • 1 Lemon Peel

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the Kale Stems and place in a sterile Mason Jar with 1 small lemon peel

  2. Fill with both tequilas and set this sit covered, in a cool dark area for 2 days before straining.

  3. Can keep for up to 6 months
