Want to impress your date this Valentines? Want to just indulge yourself? I’ve got a simple Haskap Berry Sparkling cocktail that will sure to please and we’re getting right to it!
What’s a Haskap Berry?
I know that the Haskap berry seems like a mystery to most people, but it shouldn’t, especially for Canadians. This special berry is rare, jam packed with flavour and something uniquely grown in Canada. If I had to compare its taste, it combines raspberry, honey crisp apple and blueberry all in one. It’s incredible and worth a sip. Which is why I use Steinhart’s Haskap Cassis here! One of my favourite Canadian Distilleries, serving you spirits made with REAL, NATURAL ingredients and no artificial flavours.
With all that said, you can obviously substitute this with other Berry Liqueurs. What I recommend is something on the premium end that is Brandy based. You want something rich, a cassis-like product here.
