Cranberry Puree

Ingredients
- 1 bag Fresh Cranberries
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Raisin
- 1 zest Orange peel of the entire orange
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed from peeled orange
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in saucer and bring to a boil
Allow this to simmer for 10 minutes
Allow to cool slightly and blend all ingredients until it is a thick puree
Store for 1 month in a sterile container in the refrigerator
