We have another winner when it comes to the infusion department! See how I whip up this Chai Infused Sweet Vermouth here.
The one thing I want to note before diving into the recipe, is the choice of vermouth. I wanted to keep things on the ‘delicate’ side so that the Chai can easily grasp on to the flavours. I went with Dolin’s Sweet Vermouth, because I find their vermouth is not as ‘heavy’ or ‘spiced’ like most. It was the ideal choice here when working with Chai!

Chai Infused Vermouth
Featuring a simple tea infused Sweet Vermouth that will go perfect with your cocktails!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Loose Leaf Chai Leaves
- 1 cup Dolin's Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 stick Cinnamon
Instructions
In a sterile container, add chai leaves, cinnamon stick and sweet vermouth.
Cover for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Strain through a cheese cloth. Can last up to 1 year shelved in dark, lit space.
