As part of the line up for this week’s special LIVE Demo with the Cocchi Mixpack available in Ontario, I’m showing my audience just how they can use Vermouth and Aperitivos in numerous ways. One of my favourite ways to enjoy the Cocchi Rosa is in a Julep, and if this doesn’t scream Spring and Summer vibes, than I don’t know what will.
I’m definitely excited for this week. I get to work with my favourite Aperitivo brand of all time and whip up cocktails. Not only that, I’m trying to create easy cocktails for my LC community, because right now is the perfect time to dive into the world of mixology and get master the art at home. The best part is that it’s low in alcohol, which is a great way to make sure you’re drinking responsibly during this time.
This cocktail calls for a Fino Sherry which keeps this low-in-alcohol, but if you don’t love sherry or don’t have any in the house, give bourbon a try! I even like to mix this with Jack Daniels which you’ll find a similar recipe here using the Cocchi Americano. Even a Mezcal would work wonders here. That’s what I love about this cocktail, it can be easily adjusted to your preference.
