Cucumber, Turmeric and Kale Syrup
An infused Syrup that can be used for mocktails or in the first case a delicious tequila cocktail inspired by Aaron Hatchell!
Servings 1 cup

Ingredients
- 1 cup Boiled Water
- 2 Kale Leaves
- 1 Peel of whole Cucumber Skin
- 1 1-inch Fresh Turmeric roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Granulated or Super Fine Sugar
Instructions
In a sterile mason jar, add all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved
Let this sit at room temperature before leaving in the fridge. Can last a maximum of 1 week.
