This 3 series recipe includes some of my favourite Italian Aperitifs, paired with some sparkling water for the ultimate, relaxing, low ABV cocktail. It combines Cocchi Rosa, Campari and a simple San Pellegrino Water with a citrus peel. It’s the easiest cocktail to throw together, especially for summer. Campari Rosa Spritz
An easy, low ABV spritz combining some of LC's favourite Italian Apertifs!
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 1 oz Cocchi Rosa
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 3 oz Soda
- 1 Lemon peel
Instructions
Fill the Tossware 12 oz Can with ice, and pour all ingredients, topped with soda and lemon peel garnish.
