Lillet Blanc is a hidden gem for me. This fortified wine is famously known as an essential ingredient to a Vesper Martini, a.k.a James Bond’s original drink of choice. It’s one of my favourite bottles to use when vermouth isn’t around or if I’m looking to use something unique. This 3 series cocktail is a real winner and the perfect companion for your patio vibes this summer. It’s refreshing, bright, bubbly and with a low ABV count, it’s easy to have a couple of these without any guilt! As always, the 3 Series collection of recipes is here to provide you with the easiest and most approachable cocktails with 3 ingredients or less. Cheers!

Recipe Notes
Instead of using ounces for measures, I did everything in parts. Every wine glass is different, and maybe you need a double portion after a long day. Make sure to keep to these portions and just put a dash of simple syrup (start off with 1/4 oz, and adjust to your taste preferences), to keep it nice and fresh.
As always, all simple syrup recipes are a 1:1 ratio of water and sugar. Just simply boil 1 cup of water with 1 cup of granulated sugar, it's that simple!
